Villa Nera is a luxury holiday home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, living and dining area, sauna and fitness room, large swimming pool with sun decks, BBQ, garden, balconies, terrace, Jacuzzi, all surrounded with beautiful nature with spectacular views from every corner of the house over village of Bol, island of Hvar, crystal clear sea and sky.

Located in one of the most popular destinations on Adriatic sea, famous for its numerous beaches, especially one and only, Zlatni rat beach, cleanliness of the sea and lively everyday life, house is set almost on solitude, in a quiet neighborhood with southern orientation, that offers much needed privacy and proximity (10 min) to the vibrant city center.

In front of the villa there is fenced parking for 4 cars, with awning. House is surrounded with maintained garden, has a barbecue in one corner and outdoor eating area with lounge set on the terrace looking over the sea.

Swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sunbathing terrace provides also the “counter current swimming” option in the pool which gives you opportunity to train. In combination with sauna and fitness equipment room your holiday may become more proactive than you hoped for. There is also an outdoor shower.

About unit
All bedrooms in the house are spacious and tastefully furnished. Double beds are 200 x 200 cm in size and double beds in one of the rooms are 140 x 200 cm in size. One bedroom on upper floor provides loggia with lounge set. Other bedrooms have balconies. They all have air conditioning, LED TVs with satellite, seating areas with desks and quality linen and towels included. Each bedroom has belonging bathroom consisting bath tub and bidet. There is one additional toilet on the ground floor also.

Kitchen is fully equipped with quality elect appliances and little bar is a perfect location for quick breakfast or enjoyment in glass of vine. For everyday meals there is a large dining table. Living area is cozy with comfortable sofa and media corner is offering large LED TV with surround system, DVD, home cinema, satellite channels. Wine cooler and selection of the wines inside are available for a small fee.
