Located in one of the most popular destinations on Adriatic sea, famous for its numerous beaches, especially one and only, Zlatni rat beach, cleanliness of the sea and lively everyday life, house is set almost on solitude, in a quiet neighborhood with southern orientation, that offers much needed privacy and proximity (10 min) to the vibrant city center.
In front of the villa there is fenced parking for 4 cars, with awning. House is surrounded with maintained garden, has a barbecue in one corner and outdoor eating area with lounge set on the terrace looking over the sea.
Swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sunbathing terrace provides also the “counter current swimming” option in the pool which gives you opportunity to train. In combination with sauna and fitness equipment room your holiday may become more proactive than you hoped for. There is also an outdoor shower.

1. Pet's stay - host approval required (€50 for the entire stay)
2. Additional bed - on request €50 for the entire stay
3. Baby cot and equipment (bedding, pillow, duvet) - on request €50 for the entire stay

5. Security deposit - €300 in cash. It is paid on arrival, refunded on departure
6. Tourist tax - €1.33 per night for an adult, €0.66 per night for children aged 12-18. Children under 12 do not pay this fee. This cost is payable in cash upon arrival.
